Everyday our breakfast is a magical surprise, each morning we serve three courses, including our freshly baked homemade sourdough bread. At sunrise we select our breakfast ingredients from our own organic gardens and fruit orchards and combine these with the best produce sourced from small, local organic producers. Jams, honeys, fruits and vegetables are from our 'Orto' and organic eggs are kindly supplied by Follonico's free-range chickens and ducks.
Three times per week we bring the territory onto our kitchen, with courage, mindfulness and pride. We cook family recipe, with few high quality ingredients. This is the "cucina povera" that we want you to discover: simple, authentic and sustainable.
We invite our guests to slow down, to take it easy, and to do less, but discover more whilst deeply enjoying every single minute. We are happy to introduce you to the small villages nearby where locals are still the majority. Here, unpaved gravel roads lead you across unspoilt landscapes to monasteries, abbeys and beyond.

A 13 x 4 metre salt water infinity pool with magical views towards Montepulciano and Montefollonico. Set in the most panoramic spot of our garden, the pool offers our guests the possibility to chill out during the summer months and refresh when back from day tours.
Upon request, there is the possibility to rent the whole property at Follonico for exclusive stays in our historic villa. This can include a private chef (for dinner and breakfast) as well as other exclusive services. Please contact usus for more information.
