Sandra and Ulisse are one of the few (you can count them on the fingers of a single hand) Pecorino di Pienza producers who are still breeding and milking their sheep, without importing milk from other regions/countries. Arriving in Tuscany in the early 90’s, their organic farm is conducted 100% with organic procedures and the flavors of their cheese is unforgettable. Roberto is a man with old principles, that runs a very small restaurant in Montisi with passion (huge passion) and welcomes his guests like they are arrivinging into his home. He is one of the stronger supporters of the SLOW FOOD organization and can arrange a slow food experience for our guests upon reservation.
Andrea, wine maker since he was 14. He lives with his wife Paola near Montalcino where they own a small winery that produces one of the best Brunello di Montalcino you can find in the market. He is one of the few that still believes that a good wine is made in the vineyard, working hard in the grape selection during the year and not by correcting mistakes in the cellar like most of the producers (expecially famous and big ones) are doing. Wine tasting can be arranged any time upon reservation.
